It's k:Lnd of an <br />14 awkward situation. <br />15 I think the point I'm making is that <br />16 corrective action is necessary sometimes to proceed <br />17 effectively and efficiently without a certain amount of <br />18 public participation in a sense because you've got to get <br />19 it corrected, and you've got to-- <br />20 CHAIRMAN O'CONNOR: Let me say on behalf <br />21 of the board, at least it is my personal intention here, <br />22 that with regard to corrective action, we're not trying <br />23 to hamstring you, that you should continue to exercise <br />24 the same amounts of regulatory discretion with regard to <br />25 the corrective action on this case that you do on other <br />
