MINING PLAN <br />Exhibit D -AMENDMENT 2 <br />Mining Plan <br />Linkages to Mining Plan Maps in Exhibit C <br />This exhibit presents the mining plan for this AMENDMENT site. Some of the maps contained in <br />Exhibit C should be referred to when reviewing this exhibit. Following is a list of the relevant maps in <br />Exhibit C. <br />1. Exhibit C-1 (Amendment 2): General Site Map -This map shows the relationship between the <br />existing permit area and the amended permit area. The primary area covered by this mining plan is in the <br />area identified as Amendment 2 Location. That area is cross-hatched. <br />2. Exhibit C-2 (Amendmeut 2): Surface Owners -This map does not have a high degree of <br />relevance to the mining plan, but does show the parcels of land adjacent to this site and the owners of those <br />parcels. This map also shows the locations of permitted wells adjacent to the site. <br />3. Exhibit C-3 (Amendment 2): Mining Plan Map -This map shows the relationship between the <br />two phases. The Amendment 2 location is identified, but due to the small size little information is actually <br />provided regarding that site in this exhibit. In Exhibit C-4 and C-4B more information is provided. <br />4. Exhibit C-4 (Amendment2): Phase 1 Detail Map -This map zooms into the Phase 1 area in <br />Exhibit C-3 and shows the details involved in the mining plan for Phase 1. It also contains some very basic <br />narrative that describes the fundamentals of the mining plan. The area shown in Exhibit C-4B is identified <br />Exhibit C-4B, which is a new exhibit for this permit, provides detailed information regarding the <br />Arendment 2 area. <br />NEW EXHIBIT 5. Exhibit C-4B (Amendment 2): Amendment Detail Mining Plan Map -This <br />reap zooms into the specific area of Amendment 2. It provides the infornation regarding this small area as <br />well as some instructional narrative to aid in the implementation of the plan. <br />6. Exhibits C-5 (Amendment 2) Solls, C-6 (Amendment 2) Vegetation, and C-7 (Amendment 2) <br />Wetdands -These maps have very little relevance to the actual mining plan, but are important for <br />describing the environmental setting of the site.
