DESCRIPTION AND EXHIBITS <br />Exhibit O -Surface and Sub-Surface Ownerships: This is updated to include the land owner for the <br />amendment area. No other ownerships are changed. <br />Exhibit P -Municipalities with Two Miles: No changes are needed. A new exhibit is not provided. <br />Exhibit Q -Notices to County Commissioners and Soil Conservation District: New notices are <br />provided to these parties. This exhibit, in essence, adds to the original notification. <br />Exhibit R -Filing with County Clerk and Recorder: This is a new exhibit because of the amendment <br />application. This exhibit adds to the original receipt. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-Made Structures: No new exhibit is provided. There are no permanent <br />man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land for this amendment. All previously <br />addressed permanent man-made structures are much farther than 200 feet from the affected land.
