DESCRIPTION AND EXHIBITS <br />Exhibit C - Premining and Mining Plan Maps: All new maps are provided. These are intended to <br />replace the existing maps. A new map is added (Exhibit C-4B) which shows close-up details of the <br />amendment azea and mining plan for that specific location. A few minor changes were made to the <br />original maps to clarify some of the text, but did not change any of the plans shown on those maps. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan: The mining plan presented in this amendment addresses the specifics of the <br />amendment area and how it fits into the existing approved mining plan. No changes aze made in the <br />existing approved mining plan for any areas other than the land near the amendment azea. Cross- <br />sections are provided in this exhibit that specifically apply to the amendment area and relate to Exhibit <br />C-4B. <br />Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan: The reclamation plan presented in this amendment addresses the <br />specifics of the amendment area. This amendment produces no effect on the existing reclamation plan <br />other than extending the riparian forest revegetation zone and adding to the backfill volume. The <br />previous inclusion of an emergent wetland unit has been deleted as explained in the Reclamation Plan <br />exhibit. <br />Exhibit F -Reclamation Plan Maps: All new maps are provided. These aze intended to replace the <br />existing maps even though no changes are made to the existing reclamation plan that applies to the <br />current permitted plan. <br />Exhibit G -Water Information: Previous infom~ation still applies. The location of a well was <br />changed by agreement with the well owner and the State Engineer. The new location of this well is <br />shown on the appropriate maps in Exhibit C. <br />Exhibit H -Soils Infom~ation: The existing exhibit provides the information needed. The Soils Map <br />in Exhibit C has been updated to include the amendment area. No new soils will be encountered that <br />are not already described. <br />Exhibit I -Vegetation Information: The existing exhibit provides the information needed. The <br />Vegetation Map in Exhibit C has been updated to include the amendment area. No new vegetation <br />units will be encountered that are not already described. <br />Exhibit J -Wildlife Information: No changes aze needed. No new exhibit is provided. <br />Exhibit K -Climate Information: No changes are needed. No new exhibit is provided. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs: Anew reclamation costs exhibit is provided that updates existing <br />reclamation costs to account for the additional backfilling required for the amendment azea. No other <br />changes are considered necessary in the reclamation costs. <br />Exhibit M -Other Permits: No changes aze needed.
