OWNER shall execute all copies, insert the date of Contract on the <br />Agreement, Bonds, and Power of Attorney, and return all copies to ENGINEER <br />for review and distribution. Distribution of signed copies shall be one <br />copy each to OWNER, CONTRACTOR, and Surety. <br />16. COPIES OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: <br />Copies of the documents for use in preparing Bids may be obtained from the <br />ENGINEER by contacting Denver Water's Engineering Division, 1600 West 12th <br />Avenue, Denver, Colorado 60204 (telephone number 628-6633). <br />Charge Refund <br />One complete set of full size or half size <br />Drawings, Specifications and <br />Bid Documents $100.00 None <br />The CONTRACTOR to whom a Contract is awarded will be furnished, without <br />cost to him, 10 copies of the Specifications and 10 sets of the Drawings <br />(any combination of full or, reduced sizes (as available} as CONTRACTOR <br />shall choose], together with all Addenda thereto.
