Show Cause Order why permit <br />should not be revoked for the New Pryor Strip Mine. Staff outlined the <br />history of agenda item and recommended that the Board revoke the permit <br />since the operator has not shown cause as to why the suspension should <br />be continued rather than the permit being revoked. <br />Mr. Raymond Wiley, President of American Fuels, Inc., addressed the <br />Board relative to the insurance company failure. Operator is waiting <br />for release of his collateral so that new bonding can be obtained. <br />Operator requested continuance to February to allow time for new <br />financing to occur. <br />It was MOVED that the Board approve continuance of this formal public <br />hearin9~r "Show Cause" to the February Board Meeting. SECONDED and <br />PASSED UNANIMOUSLY (Hullinghorst, Getches, Blach, Winter, Holder and <br />O'Connor). <br />
