South Boulder Creek <br /> February 12 , 1980 <br /> ' Page Iwo <br /> the City Planning Department the City is counting on the dike to <br /> provide drainage and flood control for a housing development on the <br /> Tantre site which is west of the subject property. In addition, the <br /> City has requested the berm be constructed in such a manner as to <br /> appear as natural as possible, The applicant has agreed to revegetete <br /> the disturbed areas and berm in native grasses. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends the Planning Commission APPROVE Docket OAR-75-4 with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. Any amendment to the County Zoning Resolution should not be <br /> considered until the new Corps of Engineers flood study for <br /> South Boulder Creek is available. <br /> 2. The applicant will be responsible for amending the floodplein <br /> to remove the protected area from the floodplein, if the dike is <br /> not considered in the Corps of Engineers flood study of South <br /> Boulder Creek. <br /> 3. That all of the aree disturbed be revegeteted with native grasses <br /> of the area. <br /> SRH/clg <br />
