They total 4.2 acres of exposed water. <br /> Enclosed with this letter is an amendment application, which was completed pursuant to the <br /> requirements of Rule 1.10. As you know, this rule in part states that "... no operator will be <br /> required to submit any information which duplicates applicable previous submittals." Therefore, <br /> the amendment application contains only the exhibits that have changed from the current approved <br /> permit. Exhibits that have not changed are marked "No Change" for each one.
