As previously noted, testing <br /> of the levee fill may be impossible due to the rocky nature of the material. The <br /> placement and compaction of the new fill should be observed by a representative of <br /> our firm. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> Our test holes and test pits were located to obtain a reasonably accurate <br /> picture of the subsurface conditions in the existing levee and its foundation.
