Ptasnik - Ptasnik Land Company We do not believe the proposal to convert two of the lakes to developed water storage area and installation of the slurry wall will invalidate the private agreement between Mr. Sharkey and Dr. Ptasnik. The slurry wall will actually eliminate the need to build the recharge structures between the slurry wall the Dr. Ptasniks wells since it will isolate the dewatering area behind an impervi- ous wall.
