<br />end shall famish the Authorized Officer upon his request,
<br />detailed reports relating thereto. The Purchaser shell
<br />also maintain its mining plans to show ail exploration,
<br />deve lopmenl, mining. processing, tmnsportetfon, and
<br />all fecililirs related thereto on rho contract area. The
<br />Purchaser agmes Ihnt the cnntragt area and its hooks
<br />and records, and those of its Contractors end subton-
<br />lractors relating to operations under the contract shall
<br />he subjr. ct to inspection at alt rmsonablr times by duly

<br />interest by promulgating and en(orc ing all orders nec-
<br />essary to insure the sale of the production from the
<br />described toads at reasonable prices, to prevent monop-
<br />oly, rand to snfrguard the public interest.

<br />chaser may assign this contract, or any interest therein,
<br />only with the consent of the Authorized Officer. Every
<br />obligation hereunder shall extend to and 6e binding

<br />farm was two (2) years the adjusted price of mineral
<br />materials to be severed or extracted during the extended
<br />term shall not he leas then the contract price prevailing
<br />at the end o[ the original contact term. Upon map-
<br />praisal the canlrvct unit price of mineml material
<br />severed or extracted during the new contract year shall
<br />be the same percentage of the new appraised price as
<br />the odginal contract price was of the wigino) appraised
<br />price.
<br />(b) If an extension is not granted by the Authorized
<br />Officer, Purchaser shall oat take mineral materiels after
<br />the expiration of this contract even !hough payment bras
