<br />May 8, 1995 <br />RERR COAL COMPANY <br />PIT 1 RECONFIGURATION (TR-13) <br />RERR WORK SCHEDULE <br />1. The Technical Revision No. 13 ("TR-13") for Kerr's Pit 1 area <br />reconfiguration, proposed approval from Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology ("CDMG") was dated April 25, 1995. <br />2. The Proposed Approval then appeared in the Jackson County Star <br />publication May 4, 1995 for public review/comment. <br />3. The required ten (10) day public review period extends through <br />May 14, 1995. Since the 14th is Sunday, Kerr will acknowledge <br />Monday, May 15, 1995 as the conclusion of the public review <br />period. <br />EARTH WORK <br />4. The actual start date for earth work in the Pit 1 area is <br />dependent on local weather and ground conditions. The <br />tentative start date is scheduled for May 16, 1995 or as soon <br />thereafter as practical, determined by weather conditions. <br />Approximately four (4) months is projected for the earthwork <br />phase, using one dozer, one scraper, and one motorgrader <br />operating one shift per day through September 1995. <br />DOZER WORK <br />5. Dozer work with Kerr's D10 Dozer will initiate the Pit 1 Area <br />Reconfiguration Project. The dozer will cut and move fill <br />material as indicated on the approved maps per the Settlement <br />Agreement. The dozer is scheduled for four (4) months, May 16 <br />through September 1995. <br />SCRAPER WORK <br />6. One (1) Caterpillar 637E Motorscraper is scheduled for <br />approximately two (2) months, August and September 1995. The <br />scraper will move outlying material, remove the Bush Draw Road <br />fill to the agreed fill configuration, and replace topsoil on <br />the final contours which will be hauled from the adjacent <br />topsoil pile. <br />
