Adjacent undis- <br />turbed topsoil (Samples 1B and 2B). <br />The locations of the sample sites are shown on the <br />attached map. On July 5, 1984 these samples were <br />delivered to Bookcliffs Commercial Laboratories, <br />Steamboat Springs, Colorado, for analysis. The results <br />of the analysis were received on July 28, 1984 and are <br />attached. These results demonstrate that the sediment <br />material is a fair to good plant growth medium (according <br />to the Wyoming DEQ Guideline under which the Kerr soils <br />were rated in the permit document; refer to Tables 41 and <br />43A) and that there are no major characteristics of the <br />sediment material that make it a worse plant growth <br />medium than the underlying and surrounding topsoil. In <br />fact, the textual analysis indicates that the sediment <br />should provide a better medium for plant growth than the <br />topsoil material. <br />4.
