EXHIBIT M
Other Permits and Licenses
1. Mesa County Conditional Use Permit. Applicant's request for a Mesa County
Conditional Use Permit for sand and gravel mining has been approved, and supplemental
information has been provided to the Mesa County Planning Office. It is expected the
permit will be granted timely.
2. Air Pollution Emissions Notice. As the mining rate, truck counts, and days
and hours of operation will be unchanged from present operations, and in reliance on
discussions with an authorized representative of the Grand Junction Air Quality Control
office, Applicant's Air Pollution Emissions Notice requires no revision or amendment for
proposed expanded operations. See additional discussion in Exhibit D.
3. A change in zoning is not required to extract gravel from the subject property.
