EXHIBIT L <br />Reclamation Costs <br />Approximately 65,900 cubic yards of earthen material will be required to reclaim <br />the entire pit expansion azea. A maximum of 18.9 acres (Area A) will be disturbed at one <br />time, and will require approximately 50,000 cubic yards of earthwork to reclaim. <br />Mining will occur in two basic phases. In Phase I, Area A (18.9 acres) will be <br />mined. In Phase II, Areas B (4.4 acres) and C (2 acres) will be mined as the S '/Z of Area <br />A is being reclaimed. Areas B and C will be reclaimed when mining is completed. <br />Estimated reclamation costs for Phases I and II are outlined below: <br />PHASEI PHASE II <br />18.9 acs. 6.4 acs.
