Monitoring records fr_,r their surface and around water were <br />reviewed wit{i nc~ prc,blems n~_tEd. As built certifications nn the <br />sediment ponds were, M3-S 11/lfl/fl7 and M3-N 1C+/~2/07. A <br />typoarapliicai error was noted in tVie elevations of the emergency <br />=_pillway and dam embankment nc~n pond M~-S, state offir_ials made note <br />of it and cr,mmented that it would be changed during the permit <br />renewal pY OCe55. <br />There was a comment made ab~~ut. tiie storage of an empty oil tool: on <br />the small area exemption fc~r tl,c-s sVrc~p/office sampler,. I asked the <br />operator if there was a stipulatic,n regr{rclina the storaac on tVie <br />area, it was noted later during the permit review that it is not a <br />requirement.
