The Applicant shall install measuring devices, provide <br />accounting and supply calculations regarding the timing of depletions as required by the Division <br />Engineer for the operation of thin plan. The Applicant also shall file an annual report with the <br />.Division Engineer by November IS"'ofeach year summarizing diversions and replacements made <br />under the plan for augmentation. <br />19. Retained Jnrisdictloa. The change of water right and plan for augmentation approved <br />herein shall be subject to reconsideration by the Water lodge on the question of injury to the <br />vested water rights of others for a period of five years after the date of Applicant's fast am-ual <br />report to the Division Engineer pttreuant to paragraph 18 above. In determining the period of <br />retained jurisdiction, the Court has taken into account the Stipulations of the parties, the historical <br />use and nature of the augmentation water rights and supplies, the nature of the change of water <br />rights, and the [ocatian of the structures to be augmented. The purpose of retained jurisdiction <br />over the change of water rights shall be limited ae stated in paragraph 15 above. <br />20. Upon the sale or other transfer of ownership of any conditional water righffi decreed <br />herein, the transferee shall notify the Water Clerk of the transfer and the none aa%1 address of the <br />transferee. <br />21. It is ORDERED that this Ruling shall be filed with the Water Clerk subject to judicial <br />review. <br />12.
