A total <br />of fifteen (13) acres wilt be dried up under the gravel pit operation. The fifteen (15) acres ofdry- <br />up are gttandfled to result In historic rnnsumptive use credits of 30.6 acre-feet. During gravel <br />pit operations, the Applicant will continue to irrigate no more than 68.93 acres (83.93 acres <br />owned and historically irrigated less 15 acres dry-up), which reflects the Applicant's ownership <br />of 54.3 % in the 134 acres histatically irrigated limier the C M Stretnme and Gates Ditch. The <br />Applicant covenants and agrees to dry up the fifteen (15) acres of sand so designated on Exhibit <br />A. The irrigated acreage. that is to be dried up is.adjatent to and within 100 feet of rite Eagle <br />River flood plain, so delayed return flow impact ie n~ calculated. <br />Augmentation water will also be provided from the River District storage water <br />sources idemified In subparagraph 10.B above as necessary to augmentout-of-priority dtpldioas <br />caused to the Eagle River or Colorado River by diversions of water from the structures to be <br />augmented aIId to provide for transit losses associated with delivery of reservoir water. Transit <br />losses associated with the delivery of the storage augmentation water are estimated as 1096 of the <br />reservoir release.
