<br /> LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this
<br /> 15 day of May , 1979, by and between MARTIN WOODRING
<br /> and JEAN WOODRING, whose address for the purposes of this
<br /> Agreement is Mesa, Colorado 81643 , hereinafter referred to
<br /> as "Woodrings , " and CORN CONSTRUCTION CO. , a Colorado corporation,
<br /> whose address for the purposes of this Agreement is P. O.
<br /> Box 1240, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501 , hereinafter referred
<br /> to as "Corn, "

<br /> WHEREAS, Woodrings are the owners of the following-
<br /> described real property in Mesa County, Colorado, to-wit :

<br /> Principal Meridian , Mesa County, Colorado,
<br /> said parcel being more particularly described
<br /> as follows :
