Status: BMG submitted a written commitment to comply in a let er of
April 16, 1992. BMG committed to repair the primary liner if
if a leak is detected. No leak has been detected in he
secondary clay liner.
(6) Cyanide Detection, Interception, Containment and Remedial Treat~ent:
Status: BMG submitted a written commitment to comply in a letter of
April 16, 1992. BMG committed to development of remedial plan.

permits from the Division of Water Resourc s on

- In accordance with the Board's additional korrective
action Order of June 25, 1992, BMRI must nstall,
complete, hydrologically test, geophysical y log, and
sample the wells", and "evaluate the data nd submit
a report presenting BMRI'S conclusion rega ding the
necessity of additional ground water monit,ring
modifications", by August 6, 1992.

demonstrated that 180 days will be required to complet the
requested evaluation.
