The applicant has specified two (2) distinct scenarios for the height of riverside embankment <br />to receive riprap installation, and these scenarios are based on the proximity of the St. Vrain <br />River to the existing ponds. The applicant will need to revise the "Slope Protection Plan <br />(Existing/Proposed Conditions)" map to identify and isolate the areas to receive each of the 2 <br />types of riprap installation. We recommend the applicant use a distinct color or symbol for to <br />identify all areas to receive each application. <br />6.4.12 EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs <br />7. In conformance with Rule 6.4.12(1), the applicant will need to revise Exhibit L to verify the <br />material volumes and itemized costs for installation of the 5 spillways specified on the "Lake <br />Reclamation Exhibit" and Slope Protection Plan (Existing/Proposed Condition)" maps. <br />
