It was agreed that this could only be done once a lluutlplain study <br />was conducted and approved ti+r this activity, TI»s 2(N)li Amendment nn longer utilizes tilling in <br />the Floudplain. Pad sites will be created by leaving a maximum of 20 pillars of unmined gravel in <br />Pits 3 and 4 above the 111(1 year tloodplain.'Therc will be no pcmtanent backtilling ahovc <br />existing terrain anywhere in the pemtit area. <br />topsoil Stockpile <br />- I'++psoil will not have a+ be stockpiled to a great extent during the life of the mine.
