. ~ • <br />81-14 "Rozman Pit" 179.34 A. <br />Mike Stanton's August, 1981 Inspection Report revealed that <br />Topsoil was stockpiled, but was "misused". <br />1/ A trench was excavated in the middle of the topsoil stockpile <br />where trash (oil cans, bottles, etc.) was discarded. <br />2/ Topsoil was not properly separated from other materials <br />stockpiled. <br />3/ Topsoil was used to construct an equipment parking and <br />work area platform. <br />4/ Not all topsoil was salvaged form newly worked areas. <br />Mike stated that the staff believes a violation of Rule 6.4 <br />had occurred. A report outlining remedies required submittal. <br />A report outlining remedies was submitted the following month. <br />84-008 "Barnhart Pit" 65.5 A. <br />No problems. Succession of operator was approved in May, 1984. <br />
