That would be -- <br />6 allow everybody 20 days prior to the next meeting to <br />7 know exactly what everybody else intends to produce. <br />8 And I think the record should re flect any ot~jections <br />9 to that, if there are any. <br />10 MR. We have a feeling of lack of jurisdiction <br />14 of the Board to rule upon this issue. I would point <br />15 out to the Board that there have been two prehearing <br />16 orders previously issued limiting issues. Z would <br />17 presume frog the comments of the chairman that there <br />18 is no limitation on the issues that might be <br />19 considered in the future. There have been tcvo <br />20 previous orders that deadline filing of documents, <br />21 and instructions to the staff to make no further <br />22 contacts with the applicant in order to avoic. any <br />23 technical revisic.^. or eve: suggested changes, which <br />24 as Mr. Nussbaum proper'_y observed, oddly results in <br />25 improvements to the persit.
