The second
4 is what essentially includes the motion i n terms of
5 going forward.
6 We talked about last month's --
T reading of the transcript for last month. There were
12 questions put to the staff about the criticz:l nature
13 of the information that wa s submitted late :in the
14 process, as I believe was testified by Mr. Clorford.
15 The statement was that tha t information did come in
16 late, it was a response to staff's inquiry; that it
17 was technical informatioz~. It was essentially
16 important beca•~se it would become part of tt:e permit
19 application.
20 That response was -- that wa=_ a
21 response to a question from Mr. Cooley about: whether
22 that was ne cessary information a nd what Mr. Cooley, I
23 think, was driving at was, if it was not nec essary
24 information it would be essentia lly stricken from the
25 reco-d, not included, would not beccme part of the
52
MIDyzTT T2°DORTI*iG SvPUT(`v
(303) 424-22?7
