What I would recommend is that, first of <br />6 all, there was amendment to the original application <br />7 which -- I don't know if, technically, that extends <br />8 the true filing of the application or not. _T think <br />9 that's one issue that may extend that 120-day issue. <br />10 Another point that I think it might be <br />11 more appropriate for the Board to consider the <br />12 violations in lieu of this particular issue because <br />13 it is an extension on amendment of the existing <br />14 mining area and would request that the Board wither <br />15 deny application of this permit today or not ~ecide <br />16 on this issue until the violation issue has been <br />17 deemed true or not. <br />18 <br />CHAIRMAN DANIELSON: Any respo:ise from <br />19 the comnar.y? <br />20 MR.
