anyway, and we are back in Indiana. Remember this is only an amendment, we
have a permit!
Do I need to send you copies of the postmark which shows it was sent to the
agencies? I was going to wait until I got an answer back from you about a letter
from your agency to accompany my letter to the County Commissioners but I
want this to be behind me as soon as possible!
If I have overlooked something, let me know as soon as possible.

This was the only example that I could find. You are right that it should be a 110(2) permit and
that the ad only has to run once.
If you decide to do the amendment, please wait to run the ad until we determine that the
amendment is complete and send you a letter that says this.
