14
r
1
,~~' - . .
• •
1 Boilerplate says that the follovaing problems and/or
2 possible violations and suggested corrective actions
3 were identified during the inspection. The problems
4 should be corrected by the dates given, or they will
5 become possible violations. The possible violations
6 shall be corrected by dates given to reduce severity
7 considered by the Mined Land Reclamatior. Board. The
2 inspector noted on previous page to be notified of
9 all corrective actions taken.
10 The point that was raised by Mr. Evans
11 last month, as I understood it, was that this
12 boilerplate indicated that the Board could not
13 consider the questicn of violations until after the
1? dates in which the corrective action was supposed to
15 tak:e place. I think that the division perceives that
16 he's misread that.
17 ,...What . it;,says.,..,-t ha t.::is ,the .ihi.rd.
1° sentence, which is the keg• sentence, say:a possible
19 violaticns should be corrected by the dates given to
20 reduce ±he severity when considered by the ~^.i^ed Land
21 Reclamation Board. we noted on the iaspec`_c- -erort
22 that the items that we identified were possible
23 violations. That's noted by the notation of PV,
24 which is directly on *_he report.
25 Second is that cn the front of the
MIDYETT REPORTING SERVICE
(303) 424-2217
