Work at the property is <br />ongoing. By the time you receive this request; substantial additional work will have been <br />completed. By the time you will have completed an onsite assessment, substantially all of the <br />work required under the permit will be completed, with the exception of vegetation seeding on <br />the site for the area currently being worked on. We believe that because of this, something on <br />the order of $65,000-$75,000 should be released. <br />Details of the work completed through 26 August 2007 (date of the photos accompanying this <br />request) are as follows: <br />Photo 1-east side of creek looking north: View shows Imogene Creek and the settling pond on <br />the left hand side of the photo.
