Cotter will file an application to amend the <br />permit, which specifies the exact size and location o the <br />temporary waste pile, prior to the February 24-25, 19!33 <br /> <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board ("MLRB") meeting. <br />2. Cotter has retrieved from Ralston Creek any <br />material from the temporary waste pile that reached the <br />creek. <br />3. Cotter <br />until the application <br />approved. <br />4. Cotter will also take appropriate measures to stabi- <br />lize the temporary waste pile, if the analysis warrants such <br />measures. <br />6. The application to amend the permit will <br />_ specify the average percentage of uranium content that is <br />contained in the waste piles. <br />7. Cotter will conduct an EP toxicity test: on the <br />waste rock. If such test indicates that appropriate measures <br />should be undertaken to prevent leaching of uranium or other <br />materials determined by such tests, Cotter will implement <br />such measures.
