Rule 6.3.5 (2) requires that the permit boundaries be outlined and labeled on the Mining <br />Plan Map; please provide a map with this information. <br />We have modified the legend on the enclosed Mining Plan Map to denote the boundary <br />appropriately. <br />4. For the Applicants and other interested parties information, a stipulation will be <br />included in any approved Reclamation Permit regarding notification of reportable spills. <br />Hall-Irwin understands the importance of this information and has no objection to the inclusion of <br />this condition in the permit. <br />As required by the DMG regulations, we have also copied this letter with enclosures to the Weld <br />County Clerk to the Boazd of County Commissioners; evidence of this will be forwarded via fax on <br />Wednesday, January 29, 2003. <br />We hope this information satisfies the items identified in your adequacy review letter.
