These revisionsshall be <br />submitted in connection with the various revisions. <br />Discussion• <br />BMG will submit a revised monitoring program for the <br />tailings liquid and the solids within fift en days <br />following the determination of long term detox fication <br />requirements. The monitoring plan revision wil be part <br />of the larger data package submittal. Metals c ntent of <br />the tailings material itself does not represent a threat <br />to the environment. BMG will monitor tailing liquid <br />quality and will periodically monitor the leacha ility of <br />the tailings solids through the use of EPA 1312 test <br />methodology and/or humidity cell testing. The current <br />approved monitoring includes humidity cells testing <br />quarterly for the tailings solids. <br />If required, BMG will revise the appropriate se tions of <br />the environmental monitoring program to reflect a 1 permit <br />revisions completed in compliance with these NO V abate- <br />ment requirements. The revised monitoring progra for the <br />tailings will include a discussion of the effec s of the <br />NOPV abatement requirements on other aspects of the site <br />monitoring and revise the monitoring accordin ly. Any <br />future changes will be handled through subsequen techni- <br />cal revisions or amendments to the approved m nitoring <br />program. <br />(10) Amendment of Financial Assurance: <br />As required by statute and regulation, any permit amend- <br />ment or revision approval will entail reevaluati n of the <br />cost of the entailed reclamation components. BM will be <br />required to appropriately amend its surety to re lect any <br />increased reclamation cost. Any amendment or revision <br />application submitted by BMG shall include an appropriate <br />evaluation of the implications of the reques ed plan <br />modification for the reclamation cost. <br />Discussion• <br />BMG will supply an appropriate evaluation of the,implica- <br />tions of the requested plan modification on thelreclama- <br />tion costs with any amendment or technical (revision <br />application submitted to the Division. <br />(11) "Critical Path" Proiect Management Schedule: <br />Common methodology and practices may serve moreithan one <br />abatement plan task.
