I , <br /> ' The embankment area was approximately 865 feet in length ai d 25 to 90 <br /> feet in height. The natural terrain above the embankment had an a proximate <br /> 30 degree slope. A road, accessing areas above embankment, was located in <br /> i ' the mid portion of the embankment. An access road, scattered shrubs trees and <br /> grasses were located at the top of the embankment. The eastern pol tion of the <br /> ' top of the embankment sloped down toward the east. A drainage had formed <br /> ' leading from a natural drainage above the embankment down toward the east, <br /> towards a culvert imbedded in the embankment. The culvert daylight d out and <br /> over the embankment. The drainage was eroded several inches to a out 2 feet <br /> in depth down into the embankment. The embankment face varie in slope <br /> length and slope angle across the embankment. The longest slope as about <br /> ' 150 feet in length from top to bottom and approximately 90 feet tall. Steeper <br /> slopes on the order of 35 to 38 degrees were noted at the east and est ends <br /> ' and slopes of 30 to 35 degrees were noted in the central portion. T e bottom <br /> portion of the embankment had scattered trees, shrubs, an access roa and was <br /> approximately 90 feet to 150 feet from Highway 141.
