4 . Plaintiffs ' counsel has received the contents of
the Affidavits verbatim by telephone, and verifies that the
references in the Memorandum Brief submitted to this Court are
accurate.
5. The signed Affidavits of Chester M. Goldman and
Robert Stemwedel are in transit in the mail to Plaintiffs'
counsel, and will be filed with this Court immediately upon
their receipt.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request an extension
