Affidavits of Robert Stemwedel and Chester M. <br /> Goldman will be filed with this Court in Support of Plaintiffs ' <br /> Memorandum Brief . <br /> 2 . Affiant Robert Stemwedel has been on vacation out <br /> of the country for the past month, and has been incommunicado, <br /> and has only returned to this country %-.ithin the past several <br /> days. <br /> 3 . Affiant Chester Goldman has left his residence in <br /> Texas in order to attend, among other things , his son ' s graduation <br /> on the East Coast prior to having signed the Affidavit. <br />
