Lang <br />D i. ision Dirttmr <br />RE: Costilla County Landfill Pit (Permit M-80-233) Second <br />Continuation of consideration by Mined Land Reclamation Board of <br />the issuance of a Notice of Violation, Cease and Desist Order, <br />Corrective Actions and Order to Pay Civil Penalty for failure to <br />comply with the requirements of Rule 3.1.7 (2). <br />Dear Mr. Jaramillo: <br />On October 17, 1995, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />conducted a formal public hearing to consider the possible issuance <br />of a Notice of Violation, Cease and Desist Order, Corrective <br />Actions and Order to Pay Civil Penalty for failure to comply with <br />the requirements of Rule 3.1.7 (2). <br />As a result of that hearing, the Board continued consideration of <br />the matter for another 60 days in order for the County and the <br />Division to come to an agreement on a plan to be followed by the <br />County which would result in compliance with the requirements of <br />Rule 3.1.7 (2).
