In addition to your monthly report: <br />The "Sample Receipt Acknowledgment" which is received from Core ~abs, after <br />they receive a cooler of samples and have compared the sample numb rs to the <br />chain of custody report, will be faxed immediately to Anne Baldrige the <br />Denver office. This additional step will provide an extra layer of doc entation <br />from an independent party that the received samples have been taken d <br />shipped for analysis. <br />The Sample Results Report from Core Labs which is currently being s~nt by you <br />to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology will now be senf bye <br />certified mail with return receipt requested. <br />You should continue with all other current procedures regarding samp~ing <br />schedules and protocols, chain of custody requirements and providinglcopies of <br />all submittals to the Denver office. <br />
