This <br />letter and ils attachments constitute BMR's compliance with the requirements ~f that <br />Ordcr as follows: <br />1. We have enclosed a copy of a memorandum confirming revisio s to the <br />established internal procedures regarding the reporting of monitoring results. MR <br />believes that the revised procedures will effectively ensure management confi anon that <br />the monitoring activities requiied under its permit have been accomplished onhedule <br />and this will assure against a recurzence of the problems which led to the issu ce of thL: <br />Notice of Violation. <br />A check in the amount of $500.00 as payment in full of the civip penalty <br />has been forwarded to you under separate cover. <br />BMR believes that the submittal of this letter and its enclosures constitutes full <br />compliance with the requirements of the above referenced Board Order and sh uld bring <br />this matter to a close.
