GARY SLOVAC: I've never seen a cow in this part anyhow.
MR. SLOVAC: Gentlemen, if I can just say one thing. Here, here is this bulldozer in
here, they are huge things, they are fantastic. Now it is dwarfed in here
according to this bank over here. It is swamped. Now how in the world are
they going to take a (inaudible) how are cows and especially calves going
to get out there?
JOHN WARD: I would imagine they are going to knock that bank down.
MR. SLOVAC: Well, if they did that way, all they are doing is opening up another Chanel
for a flooding situation on the other side. If they knock it down.
JOHN WARD: All of these pictures were taken in a pit, and it is the pit we are
talking about today.
MR. SLOVAC: That's right.
DICK WARD: Is it fair to say that part of those pictures were in the pit we are talking
about and part are not?
MR. SLOVAC: They are all taken from the pit.
WAYNE SMITH: If it was Siegrist's equipment, I don't know where the pictures were taken.
The cat was Weld County's, and the day that this happened, the was in September,
inaudible, several people talking.
DICK WARD: But where that other large piece of equipment was, on that picture that he
had, was that part of the pit that we are talking about? He said Che cat
was here, and he said the other piece, Siegrists, is Chat in the pit area.
GARY SLOVAC: They brought it in through that way. It went across the river there.
SIEGRIST(?) The only activity that has occurred on that pit is been removing material
(inaudible) we understood that they could haul out.
As long as no mining occurred, no mining has occurred.
JOHN WARD: We will ask the questions sir, this is not working with stored material.
WAYNE SMITH: That is not our piece of equipment, I don't know who.
JOHN WARD: Where is that piece of equipment?
WAYNE SMITH: They say it is Mr. Siegrist's, he is an operator in north.
MR. SLOVAC: Mr. Brumbaugh, who is the lessee, who is leasing the land to them, they
are in there checking something I don't know what.
GARY SLOVAC: The other side of the river they were digging holes, gravel, they brought
that cat in.........
(several people talking, inaudible)
