<br /> 17. That recommended acceleration and deceleration lanes
<br /> for purposes of access onto Colorado Highway No. 8
<br /> have been constructed in accord with acceptable stan-
<br /> dards of and approved by the Colorado State Highway
<br /> Department.
<br /> 18. That the conditions and restrictions of this Special
<br /> Exception enumerated below are necessary to protect
<br /> the surrounding land uses and are in the best interest
<br /> of the health, safety, morals and convenience of the d
<br /> citizens of Jefferson County.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the resolution previously adopted
