The Marble head Quarry watild be assigned to <br />Garfield County and Garfield County would assu7na reclamation <br />responsibilities. Aasignmant could include the mining permit, <br />and the limestone finee at the puarry. <br />2. The funds currently applied ae reclamation surety <br />for the Marble head Quarry, a Certificate of Deposit in the sum <br />of $2,500, would then be applied to the reclamation bond for the <br />Mid-Continent Quarry. <br />3. DMG presently holds $7,000 to be applied against <br />reclamation at the Mid-Continent Quarry. The bond is oet at <br />$13,213.
