This is in the western part of Adams County , Colorado. <br /> SOILS INFORMATION: Soils for the area reauested , according to the <br /> Soil Survey of Adams County, Colorado, issued October , 197a , is as <br /> follows : i <br /> Lv - Loamy Alluvial Land , gravelly substratum <br /> Lw - Loamy Alluvial Land , moderatfly wet <br /> Sm - Sandy Alluvial Land <br /> Tc - Terrace Escarpment <br /> VoB - Vona Sandy Loam, 1 to 3 percent slopes <br /> VoC - Vona Sandy Loam, 3 to 5 percent slopes <br /> Wt - Wet Alluvial Land <br /> VEGETATIVE INFORMATION: For convenience , T_ have divided land use in <br /> three categories. They are cropland , pasture and rangeland and other <br /> land . <br /> 1 . Cropland. Two types of cropland are present on this place , <br /> non-irri.-aced and irrigated. <br /> a) Non-irrigated cropland - A small field located on the <br /> east boundary next to Monaco Street is non-irrigated cropland. This <br /> field consists of about 2 acres and at the time of inventory it was in <br /> oats. <br /> b) Irrigated cropland - This cropland is being used for <br /> Truck Farming and consists of about 83 acres.
