EXHIBIT C-IA (CONTINUED) <br /> Wetlands <br /> In the original permit application process, the applicant inventoried wetlands on the property out of <br /> the South Platte channel area. A map of these wetland areas was prepared and the identified wetland <br /> areas have been added to EXHIBIT C-1 B. A Corp of Engineers permit with proposed mitigation is <br /> necessary and has been approved. A copy of the application to the Corp of Engineers and other items <br /> relating to the mitigation plan, and the approval letter, has been added to EXHIBIT I-1 & J-I of this <br /> amended application. The mitigation plan involves planting a variety of trees and shrubs in designated <br /> areas.
