Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been <br />identified during inspections and that failure to correct the <br />problems may result in the Division taking an ENFORCEMEtdT <br />ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as amended, 34-33-123. <br />(Recommendations and compliance dates are to be clearly noted. <br />Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />83.3 The operator needs to control adjacent runoff north of <br />the topsoil stockpile to stablli.ze rills that have formed on <br />the access road cut slope (see comment le) by April 15, 1983 if <br />weather permits. <br />83-4. The portal pad should be regraded or bermed to prevent <br />water from flowing over its outslope (see comment la) by Apr11 <br />15, 1983. <br />83-5. The runoff from the breaker building should be <br />controlled to prevent discharge Snto the adjacent spillway <br />channel (see comment lb) by March 1, 1983. <br />83-6. The culvert adjacent to ttie refuse pile should be <br />cleared (see comment lc) by March 1, 1983. <br />83-7. The cross-over culvert should be opened to allow <br />disturbed drainage to reach pond MB A2 (see comment lb) <br />immediately. <br />83-3.
