In addition, the vice presidents shall maintain effective working <br /> relationships with the executive agencies of the state and perform other duties as may be delegated by <br /> the president.If an executive vice president is appointed, s/he shall serve as principal advisor and <br /> counselor to the president and have other duties as delegated by the president. <br /> 3.B.5 Universiry Counsel <br /> The university counsel shall be the general counsel of the University and,when so designated, shall act <br /> as the representative of the attorney general of the state.
