i' • •
~'

,~
1

1

35
1 bottom of the drainage way. Light please. Thank you,
2 If you will refer to Mr. Nagel's chronology up there.
3 Landslide happened in 1984? 1988. Four years later
4 approximately. Action started to be taken. But here we have a
5 potential violation that occurred four years prior to any action,
6 okay?
7 In regards to--I would like to speak now to the
8 severity of the road fill disturbances. Please. Thank you.
9 These slides--these photographs were taken from the Black Canyon
10 Road which is the main access into Cedar Heights property.
11 The features that you see on the photograph on the left
12 starting here, is Feature No. 4, 3, 2, and 1. Okay. 'This is
13 taken from a slightly different perspective than Mr. H~_ifner's
14 photographs where a ridge in here tended to block the ~~iew of
15 these features.
16 Relative to their berm, that's their visual germ
17 existing at the quarry, these features are very large i.n
18 relationship to that feature which is a significant fiJ.l slope.
19 Another photograph of the same thing. This i.s a
20 slightly--70 millimeter telephoto of the 1, 2, 3, and 4 areas.
21 And from the same position here. The No. 1 area showing how it
22 has extended all the way down to the drainage way. Again, this
23 is perspective. A perspective one sees as they are driving into
24 Cedar Heights, and they were taken just below some existing
25 residences.
