THE RETAINED ROADS, <br /> HOWEVER, WILL HAVE THE SURFACE, CUTS, AND FILL RE-SEEDED BY THE APPROVED SEED <br /> = MIXTURES TO CONTROL EROSION. <br /> - Since final reclamation activities have not'yet commenced at the site, this <br /> Stipulation is still in effect. <br /> =Stipulation No. 15 <br /> THE RECLAMATION PLAN FOR THE MINE SHALL BE REVISED TO INCLUDE REGRADING OF THE <br /> PORTAL AREAS, INCLUDING RELATED WORKING PADS AND ACCESS ROADS, TO A CONDITION <br /> THAT APPROXIMATES THE ORIGINAL SITE TOPOGRAPHY AS INDICATED BY THE BACKGROUND <br /> CONTOURS ON THE N.C.E.C. PRELIMINARY GRADING PLAN MAP, SCHMUESER & ASSOCIATES, <br /> REVISED 4/10/88. TOPSOIL DISTRIBUTION AND REVEGETATION OF THE REGRADED PORTAL <br /> AREAS WILL BE CONSISTENT WITH THAT APPROVED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE MINE SITE, <br /> This revision to the reclamation plan has also not been submitted by the <br /> permittee, therefore the Stipulation is still in effect. <br /> Section III - Bonding <br /> The Division holds an approved reclamation bond in the form of Certificates of <br /> Deposit in the amount of $288,000.00. Calculations indicate that the <br /> permittee has a reclamation liability of $188,000.00 for the current <br /> disturbance.
