<br />9. All sampling, analysis and reporting shall comply wit~lt the approved <br />TR-006 protocol. <br />10. The third party sampling contractor shall document its compliance with <br />the approved TR-006 protocol. <br />D. Reports <br />1. A summary report will be prepared subsequent to the completion of <br />each sampling event and the receipt of the analytical results from the <br />chosen laboratory. <br />2. The sutttmary reports will include a summary of the sarltpling activities, <br />sampling observation documentation, "chain of custody' documentation, <br />the verbatim analytical results from the laboratory, with comments on <br />unusual or unexpected results, and recommendations for minor <br />sampling changes, if indicated by the analytical result. <br />E. Analysis of Samples <br />1. Samples collected hereunder shall be analyzed by the independent <br />analytical laboratory designated by DbfG for the follo~Ying parameters: <br />Total Cyanide, WAD Cyanide and Copper in accordance with the <br />approved analytical protocol set forth in TR No. 006. <br />2. In accordance with the approved TR No. 006 protocol, "field blanks", <br />"rinse blanks", and "duplicate samples" will be subntitteld for analysis by <br />the third party sampling contractor, at the contractor's discretion, with <br />the concurrence of the DMG project manager. <br />3. If analytical interferences are suspected to exist, rthe third parry <br />sampling contractor may direct the analytical laboratory to perform <br />analysis for additional parameters, with the concurrence of the DIvfG <br />project manager, after notification of BMRI. <br />F. Submittal of Invoices <br />1. The Contract for Environmental Sampling Services requires that <br />invoices be submitted to DMG's project manager. <br />-5- <br />
