He said that he is a <br />landowner and has rental property across the road. Fle said dust occurs especially azound <br />5 or 6 p.m. He said another landowner was also complaining to him about the dust. I said <br />I would talk to the operator. <br />2. I called Bill Bear but he was out. I talked to Basil Bear and told him of the informal <br />complaint. I asked him to solve the problem completely. He agreed. <br />Monday, July 21. 1997 <br />3. Doug Frazier called and said the dust was still a problem but now there was another <br />problem. He said there was a blast on Friday, July 18. He said he owned Hidden Valley <br />Ranch and that rocks flew over the house. He said he called the sheriff. He said Tony <br />Bear found rocks on his property. I asked him to fax a letter to me detailing his <br />complaints. I received the fax later in the day. <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />4. I called the Delta County sheriff s office in Della (970 874-2000) and requested a copy of <br />the deputy's report. I faxed a request letter (970 874-2027). I received the faxed report <br />later in the day. <br />
