Whenever Contractor's work is in proxiaity to a <br />company area, Contractor's activities are to be <br />coordinated with the company representativ¢ <br />responsible for that area. <br />it is expected that Contractor's employees confine <br />themselves to those areas where Contractor's work <br />is being performed. <br />3. Applicable insurance information must be ii submitted <br />by the Contractor and verified by the company <br />before commencement o! work. <br />4. Any work deemed hazardous by the company or <br />Contractor will be stopped and fully inJreatignted <br />before work resumes. <br />S. Hard hats, safety glasses and safety shoes or boots <br />must ba worn at all times while on the job. <br />Appropriate personal clothing must also lye worn. <br />6. specialized equipment, such as safely belts, <br />hearing proteotors, respirators, etc. mint be used <br />when applicable. <br />~. All work areas must be maintained in do orderly <br />manner. Waste materials, scrap, etc. shall be <br />placed in proper containers. <br />8. Materials shall be stored and arranged so as to <br />secure against falling or collapse. <br />9. All conbustible or llammable materials must be <br />stored, dispensed and used properly. "N6 Smoking" <br />signs shall be posted and observed. <br />10. Contractors must naintain adeQuate fire protection <br />!or the work site and equipment. <br />il. Adequate first aia shall be made availa~le at the <br />• site and arrangements made in advance f r medical <br />treatment of injured employees. <br />12. Zn the event of a serious accident or inj fee, the <br />Contractor shall notify the dasignateq company <br />representative immedlntely. <br />i~. Records shall be kept of all injuries. <br />14. Electrical tools must ba grounded properly or <br />double insulated. <br />
